From needs analysis to field operation.

Every project follows the same four phases. Scope is set by the product’s structure and the risk it faces.

Process

Four phases, clear responsibilities.

The outputs of each phase are shared in writing at project kick-off.

  1. 01

    Product and surface

We decide together which product and which surface the signature goes on. It can be the packaging, the product itself, or both.

    • Reviewing your range and packaging structure
    • Reviewing your printing and coating steps on site
    • Defining where and by whom the product will be checked

Output: The surface and the application point

  2. 02

    Preparing the signature

A signature is prepared for you and delivered ready for use on your line. The same signature is never used for any other brand.

    • Choosing the carrier that suits the surface
    • An application and reading trial on samples
    • Reading again after the processes the product goes through

Output: A signature ready for your line

  3. 03

    Applying on the line

The signature reaches the product during production. Setup is completed within your planned maintenance window; line speed and layout do not change.

    • A trial run on a small batch
    • Verifying the signature in place with the fixed reader
    • Operators learning the device in a short training session

    Output: Signed production

  4. 04

    Reading in the field

Your team, your dealer and your auditor get a result on the spot with a reader. Every reading is recorded with the product, place and time.

    • Distributing readers to teams and dealers
    • Gathering readings into one report
    • Following suspicious reading patterns

Output: Records and reports from the field

Throughout the project

Project management principles.

01

One point of contact

Material, application and readers come from one place; you do not have to tie two suppliers together.

02

Decisions from data

The signature is first tried on a small batch; the scope is decided from the reading results.

03

A measurable promise

What the signature delivers on which surface and under which conditions is measured and stated plainly.

FAQ

Questions about the process

How long does the process take?

It depends on your product, its surface and your production volume. The timeline is drawn up together once your production steps have been reviewed.

Can we run a trial production?

Yes. The signature is first applied to a small batch and the reading result is verified; the scope is set from that result.

Do we have to stop production?

No. Setup is completed within your planned maintenance window; because the signature is applied inside an existing step, line speed and operator workload do not change.

Who supports us during setup?

Material, application and readers come from one place. From the line review to team training, you work with a single point of contact.
